    The Philadelphia Eagles first meeting against the Washington Redskins was a sign of things to come for the 2016 season.  In the Week 6 matchup, Philadelphia had just 239 yards of total offense and scored just one offensive touchdown.     Two Eagles starters returned to the practice Thursday, while another was missing from the field during warmups. Tight end Zach Ertz was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice because of a hamstring injury, according to the team, and he was not warming up with the Eagles on Thursday.       Eagles starting cornerback Nolan Carroll had to leave his team's game on Sunday and did not return against the Atlanta Falcons after suffering a concussion. Carroll suffered the concussion on a 2nd‑and‑16 play on the Eagles' 48‑yard line with 56 seconds to play to play in the half while making a tackle.
